Merck Millipore offer specialised and high quality products for the Healthcare, Life Science and Performance Materials sectors. The IC2 project for Asgard consisted of the design, supply and installation of 6,000m² of high specification cleanroom manufacturing space.

Ceilings
3,000m² of walk-on ceiling panels, and 3,000m² of aluminium grid ceilings.
Flooring
Approx 3000m² of mipolam vinyl.
Partitions
5,000m² of metal faced fully flush partition panelling systems of various thickness to suit fire ratings etc. 200m² of glazed system glazing to various fire ratings.
Furniture
Design, manufacture and installation of stainless steel and phenolic resin furniture including many items within the cleanroom areas.
Doorsets
Provision of 200 fully flush hinged doorsets.
Interlocking
Design, supply, installation and commissioning of various complex interlocking systems including maintenance service contracts.
Electrical
Design, supply and installation of recessed stainless steel service panels, automation of rapid roller doors, sliding and hinged doors and their interlocking.
