We design, engineer, and build mission critical cleanrooms, autonomous plant buildings and utility systems for life sciences, data centres and advanced manufacturing, delivered with speed and quality.

Headquartered in Kilkenny, our 130,000 sq. ft off-site manufacturing facility is located on a 10-acre site which has been in operation since 2017. Asgard Modular Manufacturing serves Ireland, the UK and continental Europe, with regional presence across EMEA, APAC and the Americas for local expertise, backed by international best practice across a wide range of products including:
- Enclosed external structural modules for housing of power and IT equipment
- Structure (incl. intumescent coatings)
- External cladding, doors & vents
- Internal architectural finishes
- General electrics (incl. lighting, fire detection, security access controls, CCTV)
- Fire suppression systems
- Heating & cooling
- Loading & positioning of Client free-issued equipment within module
- Open internal structural frames and skids for mounting of power & IT equipment
- Enclosed external structural modules for fire sprinkler pump sets, water treatment equipment, process vessels and piping
- Pharmaceutical “Turnkey” cleanroom modules (internal & external) including integrated mechanical & electrical plant rooms (as required)
- Prefabricated / pre-assembled service racks (incl. piping, ducting, cable trays etc.)

Our Quality Management System is independently (NSAI) accredited to ISO – 9001 (2015) international standard. All of our modules are manufactured in accordance with EN1090 European standards for the fabrication and assembly of steel and aluminium structures. Certificates of Conformity are available where required, ensuring streamlining of approvals across jurisdictions.
All our prefabricated modules are designed and built to precise specifications in a controlled factory environment. The completed modules arrive on site ready to deploy, which significantly reduces the onsite installation time and cost.
We offer flexible design services that can be tailored to suit our clients specific project requirements. These design services range from basic design assistance to a full design service (in conjunction with 3rd party design consultants) including Concept Design, Basis of Design, Detailed Design and As-Built Design (excluding facility CSA).
